As there seems to be a full frontal assault by insidious localizers in nearly all aspects of Japanese entertainment in the west many gamers are wondering what the future will hold. And SHIFT UP in South Korea seems poised and ready to provide western gamers exactly what they’ve been asking for with Stellar Blade!
Releasing April 26th the recent trailer was just dropped during PlayStation’s State of Play and it already has many gamers excited as it bucks the trend of toning down femininity and any form of sexuality. Instead the game seems to fully embrace this!

SHIFT UP is not only going against the grain visually, but promises this will be an exciting single-player focused adventure. While woke localizations and censorship are definitely a plague on video games, it’s also important to remember that most companies want only live-service cash grab games… Such as the recently, and heavily despised, release of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.
The six minute trailer shows flashy and quick combat as you play as Eve in a post apocalyptic world fighting mysterious creatures knows as Nativa. The gameplay and story seem fairly enjoyable enough, but what got most gamer’s attention… Was something a little more simplistic.
Stellar Blade knows exactly who their target audience is. Male gamers, who dominate the majority of the space in gaming and have been waiting for someone to nut up and deliver. Based on the mostly positive reactions to the trailer it’s fair to say that Stellar Blade by SHIFT UP is about to have a MASSIVE release!

But why wouldn’t it? Especially after the HIDEOUS models that have been used more recently in western games.
It almost can’t get any better! But it absolutely does as SHIFT UP seems to have ZERO tolerance for anything even slightly ‘woke’ as they terminated two feminists back in September over supposedly their feminist beliefs.
As Japan seems to cave to woke pressure, developers in South Korea like SHIFT UP are taking a no-nonsense approach!
Watch the trailer yourself and tell us, are you hyped for Stellar Blade as much as we are!? Leave a comment, you know you want to!
